• We cannot offer special foods for vegan diets or for people with allergies, but will label food if requested. We can offer vegetarian or gluten-free options if this is clearly requested and we receive registration and payment in full by April 15.
• We have not pre-booked a block of rooms at any hotels or motels, so we recommend that you find and book accommodations as soon as possible using services like Expedia, Travelocity, or similar, or try to find a room through Airbnb.
